Description:
Skillex is looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side logic to ensure high performance, security, and seamless integration with front-end components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using modern backend technologies like Node.js and Express.js.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and maintain server-side applications, databases, and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Implement security protocols and ensure data protection compliance.
Optimize backend processes for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate user-facing components with server-side logic.
Design and maintain MySQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.
Troubleshoot and debug backend performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a portfolio or examples of relevant work.
Proficiency in backend programming, particularly in Node.js and Express.js.
Strong experience with relational databases like MySQL.
Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to ensure backend performance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Fluency in both Russian and English.
