Expocore Hotel is looking for a Receptionist (Night shift and Day shift).
Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Manage guest bookings and reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data (cash or non cash)
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements
Work experience as a Hotel Receptionist, will be plus
Knowledge of Triosoft PMS will be in advantage
Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
