We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at Skillex. You will play a key role in creating designs that enhance the look and usability of our digital products. Your designs will help make our applications both appealing and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from start to finish, focusing on user-friendly designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality mockups.
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure your designs align with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve your work.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Experience in creating reusable design systems and component libraries.
Strong visual design skills, with a solid understanding of typography, color, and layout.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Responsible, creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
