Comfort Cars is looking for enthusiastic and motivated tour operator/dispatch to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Receive and process customer requests for transportation services
- Monitor driver activities, including pickup and drop-off times, to ensure on-time performance
-Monitor flight schedules and make adjustments as needed for changes or emergencies.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues
- Coordinate with tour guides and drivers to ensure they are well-prepared for each tour/transfer
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transfers including client information, bookings, and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and basic analysis
- Previous experience in tourism or transportation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
